    I have to know the risk before the
    Reward,the uncertainty is that
    Carrot above my head
    My potential is key
    But movement is
    Far greater when
    It comes to this equation

    • Indeed, and it refers to the “the Carrot or the Stick” equation; in this situation the risk is the stick behind the carrot, the Reward, and so, if the movement does not happen due to the reward, then the fear of the stick ensures forward movement which is called progress in the modern parlance.
