Lots of sex and looking at boobs proven to help men live longer, says science

Here it is men… the secret on how to live a long, happy, healthy life.  Have lots of sex and stare at boobs.  Well, that is according to Medical Daily, who also report that getting married and having children are up there.  Yes, after looking into the facts, they revealed that the secret to living a longer life does actually come down to a great sex life.  And getting a ‘dad bod’… Excellent.

So, number one on Medical Daily’s ‘six things that make men live longer’ list: breasts.  Yes, you may be more likely to hit that 100-year milestone if you spend time looking at a woman’s chest because it creates a positive mindset.  Apparently, staring at cute animals has the same effect (and you’re probably at a lot less likely to get shouted at for doing so).

The second thing is ‘have lots of sex’ – because orgasms, if you have enough of them, could add anywhere between three to eight years to your life expectancy.  A study actually found that a man’s mortality risk was reduced by as much as 50% when they increased the amount of sex they were having.  It also relieves stress, therefore reducing the likelihood of illness.

Getting married is also on the list.  Yes, men with spouses actually tend to live longer than those who don’t.  In fact, according to Medical Daily, the longer a man stays married, the greater his survival advantage is.  In other words, put a ring on it.

Then comes step four: becoming a parent.  Yes, according to the research, the pitter-patter of tiny feet extends the life expectancy of a man.  A study in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health found that men and women with at least one child had lower death risks than those who didn’t.  And, by the time the parents reached age 60, men had added two years on to their life.

By age 80, men with children had a remaining lifespan of seven years and eight months, compared to seven years for childless men.  Assume responsibility was the fifth point, because a sense of responsibility improves both daily functioning and longevity.    (*Source: METRO Tuesday 28 Mar 2017)

The final point of advice says get a ‘dad bod’.  Yes, really.  Apparently, men packing a little more weight are less likely to suffer heart attacks and prostate cancer.  They also – according to the study – are more likely to invest their time in their children.
